In an effort to improve out Lost and Found process we have added a phone number that you can text in case you lost an item. Since these situations are typically time sensitive we hope that this will help expedite that process. Please text (480) 442-3049
Did you lose something in a Fare? We have all been there before. Sometimes Fare drivers will bring found items to a local Fare Alliance Center. Once items have been turned in to a Fare Alliance Center:
- We will hold on to the items for 30 days
- After 30 days, we will donate to a local charity or dispose the items
- To receive your lost item, you can either; Come in during office hours and pick it up or we can ship it to you but you must cover the entire cost of shipping
If found items are not returned to a Fare Alliance Center, a Support Specialist will help the driver and passenger coordinate an exchange.
